Return Policy

5-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Have no signs of wear, damage, or alterations

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories (if specified as final sale)

  • Items marked as Final Sale during promotions or special events

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank

Refund Not Issued If:

  • The item shows signs of wear

  • The return is requested after the 5-day window

  • The product is damaged after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit
